[kictanet] ICT Authority; Baptism without conversion

Walu, Yawe, listers,

My suggestion: we find time e.g as listers have quarterly meetings with
relevant ICTA top management and engage with solutions and sign MOU for
monitoring and evaluation. We can't give up, Kenya is bigger and greater.
E.g We need representatives from the listers in the uwezo fund, in the ICTA
board,

These monies are our taxes, our family taxes, our neighbors taxes, and let
history not judge us harshly for twitting and listing complaints. Lets
engage before the dust settles and complicates the equations.
