Dear Hassan, Dr. Ndemo and all;
As per your request, I want all to know, we delivered a NATIONAL strategy
that is working.....find attached a short brief on how it was
conceptualized and implemented! And of course some highlights on the
impact. More research is needed to consolidate the true impact of the
strategy. I believe these effects are sustainable!
NB: The TCRA level price reduction has to do with the determinations on
interconnect charges, applicable to voice products only. Otherwise, data
bundles treat voice as data....interconnect charges are not applicable.
I am really interested to know how others are doing it.
