I agree with YAWE,MBA comes in quite handy for techies.Certifications are
relevant when you intend to specialise in a specific field like CCNA for
networking,CISA for information security.I have friends who have gone for
an MBA and MSC IT,which personally i believe can provide a competitive
edge.It is said that you should never stop learning so at some point one
can go for the certifications but would advice you to go for Masters.
