Most of us are not lawyers, therefore some intricacies of the draft
document might pass us.

1. How will cross-border crimes be prosecuted? Will there be extraditions?
2. Where this draft is in contradiction to local laws, which one will take
precedence?
3.  If a country say Kenya rejects parts of the document, and other
countries ratify the document, are we still bound to stick by it?

And finally, what is a convention and what will it achieve?
