Good morning Listers
So far the discussion has been good and has raised good points. Thanks to all who have actively continued to participate and even those who are silent observers:) Everyone's support is appreciated. 
Today is day 5 of the discussion and the final day before we start compiling  the concerns that have been raised. We dedicate it to "any other issue(s)" that listers
may want to raise in regard to the Convention. Additionally, listers can go back to
issues of any other day and discuss them here.


Questions: Are there other articles that you would like to share that
need clarification? What other issue(s) would you like to raise?
