Enron, Morgan Stanely, Numerical Machining Complex, Kenya Railways etc were all reliable and experienced entities ....


​Nobody is saying a one man startup should attempt to develop, implement amd support a countrywide ERP. But  there is no good reason why you must have 5 years audited accounts to build a website
