Edith, MTN, seems to have a similar advantage in Nigeria, seems they are reaping the gains. Of being the first entrants in the market. The consumer might not really be interested in the scientific elements but a solution to their day to day problems, just sample Mshwari, what a brilliant idea, can't remember the number of times it has saved the day when I need Fuel for the week, I think consistency has been key to Safaricoms growth.
