[kictanet] US and OpenData vs Kenyan Situation

Good question Walu. But I expect that the programmes that the two put in
place would survive them as these are owned by the institutions, not the
individuals. Having said that, is there anywhere we can get info about how
the national budget is spent? I mean, after we get the budget estimates
every year and the budget is passed by Parliament, how do we know after the
end of the year if that budget was followed? I thought this would have been
the best place to get such info?
