You are lucky you know the ICT staff at IEBC. It would be equally
interesting to know what help you offered them when they experienced this -

Can you tell us how to offer help to IEBC - how does one go about it? Write
a letter? I am interested in knowing this because it may also help us
figure out how to offer help to KNEC. We've offered this in other
discussion forums - where
we hoped they'd pick up the clues from, but that did not happen..
I also don't see the position you are taking on defending their system as
it manifests the worst failures of all times when you are not part of them.
Are you saying they should not be blamed for the failures we are seeing?
