Oh @Edith! It has been indicated that the Ministry of education is at an
advanced stage of implementing an integrated information system dubbed
Education MIS (EMIS) to provide information for planning, administration
and various intervention measures across all agencies of the education
sector. The laptop project covering thousands of primary schools will
definitely require a tool to give a "bird's eye" view of feedback and
progress made without having officials to traverse counties for monitoring and
assessment.
Can this project be given priority at the pilot stage? or Is this
asking too much given connectivity issues and costs?
