[kictanet] [Skunkworks] Call for nominations for the DNS Awards - KENIC nomination

Thank you Barrack and Ali. Indeed, charity begins at home. Despite all
weaknesses KENIC has, we don't expect people from outside to come and
strengthen it. Lets have confidence with it, and support it where
necessary.
