Like Paul and Dorcas, I would humbly volunteer to serve in one of the
committees particularly that on Information security and national PKI.
I understand that ISACA Kenya chapter was involved in finalising the
master plan and we gave input on the security related aspects.

When the industry is involved, it gives the master plan a wider world view.
