Am glad to join this interesting conversation. I suggest that as we plan to
meet in Strathmore, we can discuss about who will be  responsible  for
teacher ICT training, who will provide standard and acceptable local
digital content and who will be in charge  of quality control for the
teacher trainers and digital content developers.
