[kictanet] Vision 2030

Edith

Thanks for the clarification.

Again, I'm sure if such a report is done, it is for a period ending
sometime in the past, say end of June, 2013. For the simple reason, you
have to wait for Ministries to report on the progress of their projects
which probably takes place at the end of the financial year. If you want
such a report now, you would have to check with the ministries
individually. As you well know, Monitoring and Evaluation is done on a
periodic basis, mid-term, end-term etc. But take it up with MED, Monitoring
and Evaluation Division at Herufi House. I'm only giving you my insights
from the time I used to cover Business and Financial news and followed
Treasury, Planning and Vision 2030 quite a bit.

Regards

James
