[kictanet] Fw: KENIC set to be wound up

What would definitely be a good thing would be to get proper authentication
on the domain available (DNSSEC), to allow global calibre registrars to
resell the domain (Gandi, 1x1, Namecheap, etc...) and to allow 'naked' .ke
domains (like google.ke).

I don't know if KENIC needs to be shutdown or something else has to happen
to get them responsive to the needs of the global Internet but the first
two items above really need to be addressed - it's 2013!
