One of the argument here is that those who supposedly have the capacity do
not put down tender documents that meet the minimum requirements. Although
there could be arguments that the process could not have been open and
fair, there are other mechanisms to resolve that.
The issue of foreigners investing in a country, if well managed, will
always lead to economic growth. The exploitation of the natural resources
in Kenya, if well managed, will lead to economic growth.
