Agreed with you totally.I have been a victim several times.However,if you end up in court then you need to be aware.
Incidentally back in early eighties,I was caught and issued with ticket on road-side,pleaded guilty at the back of ticket and fine was later posted to me from court.No bond,no nothing.It is possible.It was done then;why not now,if we work at it.
