Can someone please explain to me what happens when Safaricom recycles
numbers into the market? By recycling, I mean numbers that have not been in
use for some duration end up being put into the market again. Does CCK also
de-register the previous owners of these numbers before they are registered
to the new owners?
Secondly - I have heard complaints that these recycled numbers are NOT
'cleaned up' - like unsubscribing any PRSPs subscriptions which may have
been activated by the previous owners.. Should the new owners be subjected
to this pain?
