By recycling, I mean numbers that have not been in use for some duration end up being put into the market again. </div>Secondly - I have heard complaints that these recycled numbers are NOT 'cleaned up' - like unsubscribing any PRSPs subscriptions which may have been activated by the previous owners.. Should the new owners be subjected to this pain? <br>
