[kictanet] ICT BOARD - ANY LESSONS TO LEARN

Maybe it is. But it is something I have stated repeatedly here when I was
questioning the rationale of endless visits to the US instead of using that
money to bring venture capitalists to come and meet innovators here.

If an organization does well it does well and it is recognized. If it
doesn't, it should be criticized and many blogs have criticized this
organization to no end.

Actually, when Kukubo left, I said the board should be disbanded or
overhauled completely and every position advertised to be filled
competitively.

And this is not from reading articles, it is from first hand experience.

True, some good people exist but everything rises and falls with leadership.
