You have served Africa honourably by way of your exceptional stewardship at the PS of Communication in Kenya -- you are a beckon of light and hope from your generation for other generations. You have raise the bar very high in the school of public service and we uphold your record which cannot be tampered with. 

Please pay attention to the fact that some of us hold you in high esteem and it is just a matter of time before you are honoured for a nation that does not honour her heroes is not worth dying for. In the manner of military service (not in the strict sense.....:-), here is to a 25 gun salute......
