Thank you for your email and for clarifying your position on the same.

On your last point I agree that we prepare to welcome the new team. The
Kenya ICT Board is already working to prepare to welcome the new Cabinet
Secretary  in terms of proper briefs to enable him to hit the ground
running with respect to our programs and projects.
