[kictanet] A home for KICTANET

[Grace Mutung'u (Bomu)]

Well, I still find that KICTANet plays its role in providing a forum where
people (of all interests) can discuss issues then channel them as they wish
to their other organisations. The loose structure also allows people to
join easily and contribute to issues of interest.... I like KICTANet :)
