[kictanet] Ethical Issue - content gifts to replace corporate gifts?

People,

Some of you might have struggled with ethical concerns around receiving
corporate gifts or bluntly bribes from suppliers or other people courting
you in a corporate sense. From a corporate governance sense such gifts can
pause challenges.

am beginning to wonder, does is become easier or more acceptable if the
gift is content?
