In my view the correct foundation for Konza City is complete fibre infrastructure supported by a data centre for hosting services. Sure the banks will not hand over their data to the data centre but voice and email services can be hosted.

I am attending a workshop in France on M2M (Machine 2 Machine). I think Konza City would do well if we could get the infrastructure right from the word go and have the city/ homes/ commercial property ready for it. It would be a showcase for the region what M2M can do for us.
