Dear All,

We have messages that some of the participants have already been charged
for visa.

In this connection the Ministry of Communications and Information
Technologies of the Republic of Azerbaijan is now kindly offering
reimbursement for visa fee charged to all IGF participants.

In order to deal with this, we have set-up a section on the Host Country
website (http://www.igf2012.az/?mod=**content&sub=bottom&id=116&**lang=en<http://www.igf2012.az/?mod=content&sub=bottom&id=116&lang=en>)
to explain how we intend to reimburse anyone that has been affected by this.

If the visa fee has already been paid by the participant, he/she is kindly
requested to contact us with a copy of their bill at
reimbursement at igf2012.az . The original receipts should be presented at the
venue, where the participant will receive the full reimbursement of the
amount paid. A special desk for reimbursements will be allocated at the
venue throughout the duration of the event.

Could you kindly circulate this information between your colleges and
friends that will be affected?
