It's not possible to involve the CFK in this. It's not their responsibility
to ensure that you always buy genuine merchandise! That is your personal
responsibility. Everyone knows that cheap is expensive. If you bought this
phone from a shop, take it back to them and lay a claim for indemnity, but
read the fine print on the receipt they issued you with before you go back
to them!
