[kictanet] Elections 2013: BVR Kits a raw deal for Kenyans

Now. I suspect that during the elections there will be folks who will get to the voting booth only to find their records missing. What form of redundancy is there? What if one of the flash disks gets a virus and accidentally gets wiped? So many things could go wrong.
