[kictanet] Worst service providers

Why does Kenya Power boast of making profits when there has been
unsatisfactory service delivery? Who told them that they are in the
business of making profits?
Which also reminds us of the disputes they had with Kengen over pricing.
Why on earth would two parastatals haggle over sales prices? Aren't they
part of the same body?
