[kictanet] CCK reinstates glide path for Mobile Termination Rates (MTR)

The CCK Board has today reinstated the glide path for the Mobile
Termination Rate (MTR).  Effective 1st July 2012, the  Mobile
Termination Rate has declined from the KES 2.21 to KES 1.44 per minute.
This resolution is expected to enhance competition in the mobile
telecoms industry.
