Mobile Termination Rate (MTR). Effective 1<sup>st</sup> July 2012, the Mobile
Termination Rate has declined from the KES 2.21 to KES 1.44 per minute. This resolution
is expected to enhance competition in the mobile telecoms industry.<o:p></o:p></p>
