This initiative by Cape Town is interesting. We are planning to have an overview and assessment of it at our East Africa ICT Summit in Nairobi over 24-25 October to fit in with the event theme "Smart cities > Smart communities > Smart enterprises > Smart exports".

Other presentation proposals to showcase innovative ideas and best practices would be welcome.
