[kictanet] Longonot Erruption

Our geology department is one of the most understaffed and
under-funded. You can't blame them.

Our special programs ministry cannot settle a handful of IDPs even
after taxpayer's money was alocated in the budget, five years after
PEV. Geology is nowhere near their minds.

And finally ... Our top universities concentrate more on "fast moving
courses as goodies" otherwise called "FMCG", thus there is little or
no research on such issues.

I'm just wondering where we will lay the blame if an eruption occurs,
God forbid.
