While we are at it, can someone tell me what happened to the Motor
Vehicle Inspection unit where you had to annually submit your car to
prove it had been serviced?

It seems some of these quarry lorries and matatus involved in
accidents are either unroadworthy or have not been serviced.

I think annually everyone should be compelled to submit their vehicle
to be cleared before it can be licensed to be on the road.
