[kictanet] Media Misleading Citizens?

Interesting.  I expect Kenya is not the only country the ITU is
"helping" in this way. Perhaps other countries already have these
sensors installed.  Would be good to know which countries, what the
sensors monitor and report on, etc.  Might be quite benign, or might
not.
