[kictanet] 4 CEOS in 5 years? Something doesn't seem right at KENIC

My only concern with the KENIC proposal is that when those domains come up
for renewal, there may be a huge jump in abandoned domains. The gains may
be very short term. However, since the barrier to entry has been dropped,
some of us may be more willing experiment.
