We need to grow out of "Naomba serikali....: let's remember that Gov't
is primarily responsible for creating the policy framework within
which we can thrive and co-exist.
Our operators probably need to engage with CCK to look at measures to
punish/penalise those who interferere with their infrastructure. The
law already has certain provisions - but those need to be
strengthened, made relevant and enforced through regulation...
