There is a newly formed society- Kenya IT Outsourcing Society (KITOS). The chairperson is Tej Bedi and other board members include Amolo Ng'weno, Munjal Shah (of Techobrain) amongst others.
I suggest you check it out with them, it may be the vehicle to get in and run with.
