Bobby,
Have you verified before hand if there isn't some scheduled maintenance
going on? If not so, then I guess we don't have good enough techies in this
"vision 3020" country.
I paid my Electricity Bill by M-Pesa in the morning today and I haven't
received the confirmation from KPLC systems, though they had implemented
this some time back!
