Listers,
This is an important point.
For every POT HOLE, there is usually poor drainage. So deal with drainage problems and most of the pot-holes will go .
However even repair of pot holes is a big challenge even for Kenya National Highway Authority.

If Eng. Kidenda doubts, may I plead with him to visit Limuru Road just beyond Village Market before reaching Rwaka tomorrow Friday 28th June 2012.
There, he will find a contractor who has dug up a tarmac road open for days making it impassable without any warning signs.
I will be surprised if an ACCIDENT does not happen there any time.

Let the  Kenya National Highway Authority tell  Kenyans through any media whether that particular contractor has an iota of competence in simple POT HOLE repair.

My question is simple. Who is responsible for the drainage on our roads? KURA (Urban Roads Authority) does a very good job of repairing the various roads promptly, but never repairs drainage. Simple example is James Gichuru road. Why not fix the root cause of the problem?
