Upper Hill is under Kenya Urban Roads Authority. We have road expansion and upgrade projects that have taken a while to take off but that have now commenced both in Upper Hill and Eastleigh. KURA is also responsible for the Western Ring Roads projects.

Kidenda as CEO of the Kenya National Highways Authority can be held responsible for the highways and trunk roads but not the urban roads which are squarely the responsibility of the Kenya Urban Roads Authority.
