[kictanet] Kenya IGF Online discussions Day 5: Infrastructure

I have very similar feelings about the fund. But again, I would have
thought that we do have the concerned officers from the relevant bodies on
these lists. It would be good for them to answer some of the questions
being raised. Where is their voice?
