[kictanet] Kenic board resignation, new CEO

@Musya, there is a registrar mailing list and you would be on it if you are
a registrar with KENIC.

On the other hand, this sound like a good opportunity for us to get the
history of KENIC so that we can get to know what has been happening there.
What is meant by a high turnover of CEOs? Anyone with some insights?
