Isn't this getting a bit ridiculous? This is the third or fourth cut this
year so far. I have so many questions:

1. Is anything being done to prevent ships from entering restricted areas?
2. Are they provided with updated maps and are ignoring them?
3. Is KPA being slow in sending ships the information?
4. If 2 above, are the ships being fined (heavily) for loss of income to
many business in Kenya and other countries?
5. If 3 above is KPA being fined (heavily) for loss of income to many
business in Kenya and other countries?
