All these different bodies are attempts at using elastoplast to fix a
broken bone. All these bodies can easily be put under a single body and
they serve as departments. That story of responsibility is not palatable.
You are only responsible under your own corporate body? If anything this
breeds irresponsibility as some of these bosses answer to themselves.

And when is the railway being revived?
