Additionally, perhaps as I should remind Steve that it is to Kenic
that domain registration fees are paid and if companies are being
persuaded to upgrade to their own domain names from the .kbo.ke, it is
only right to query who stands to benefit from such money.




In this case, agency seems implied. So, can Kenic tell us if they have
an Agency contract with these people? Otherwise, they are charging
registration fees as who yet Kenic is in charge of the country's Top
Level Domain registry?
