Bwana Daktari,

If a ship can do that much damage by docking illegally, would it be safe to
assume anyone who wants to 'sabotage' Kenya can do that very easily? We do
know that telecommunications infrastructure will play a very big role in
our lives over the next few years. How protected are they from accidental or
deliberate damages?

Kind Regards.
