The Constitution, which envisages the amendment of KICA provides for
Freedom of the Media. CCK / Government is only limited to establishment of
media (licensing). Under Article 34 of the Constitution (freedom of the
media) content control seems to be limited to hate speech, incitement etc
In any case, the functions of the commission as far as media/broadcasting
is concerned under KICA seem to be more policy and not to police the
media.....
