[kictanet] Kenya being exploited by unscrupulous "aid organisations"

I have always wondered what the aim of most NGOs is, and if the projects
are actually meant to empower the community to be self-sustaining in a few
months.

I also wonder if there's an NGO that deals with rubbish collection and
drainage in low income areas, seeing all the rubbish that remain
uncollected.
