[kictanet] Counterfeit Eggs and why we must automate produce records

Maybe I am digressing but as KICTANET shouldnt we be coming up with
solutions not just comments.
Daktari, if a local developer had a solution for KPA to scan all these
containers but does not  meet all those stringent procurement rules, how
can they introduce their solution?
